This was either team’s game featuring 5 ties and 7 lead changes. The Firebirds held a three-point advantage entering the fourth quarter but Fairfield parlayed their home court advantage into a 24 point outburst in the fourth quarter to capture the win. West’s Kailyn Dudukovich scored 13 points and was the only Firebird to reach double figures. She was also the games leading rebounder bringing down 8 boards.
