As far as life experiences, Lauren shares, “Our Italian tour was an amazing experience, not only for me as a basketball player but as a person. It was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to see and learn about the Italian culture and history and enjoy time traveling with some of my best friends. It was great to get on the court and compete against some professional players and experience the European style of basketball. I am very thankful for my start at Lakota West, and our University of Dayton program for giving us this new perspective on the world and providing us with memories with our teammates that we will cherish forever.”
